Leadership

Our Team

Experienced clinicians, advisors, and leaders committed to supporting GP clinics and integrated care.

Our team combines clinical expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, operational excellence, and strategic vision to support doctors, strengthen practice performance, and drive the long-term growth of a high-quality, GP-led primary care network integrating mental, physical, and social wellbeing.

Our Philosophy

Led by Practitioners. Built for Practitioners.

AMC's leadership brings together decades of clinical experience and leadership, and operational and corporate experience. Our leaders bring a deep understanding of how medical clinics operate day to day.

Every member understands the realities of running a clinic, from supporting patient care and clinical teams to managing staffing, systems, and operational demands. That lived experience guides how we operate our clinics and how we make decisions that support high-quality care for patients and the people who deliver it.

Governance

Board of Directors

Our board brings together clinical, financial, and public health expertise to guide AMC's long-term direction and governance standards.

Kellie Pavelic

Founding Director

Purpose-driven entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across finance, property, and business strategy.

Kellie Pavelic is a purpose-driven entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across finance, property, and business strategy. Her career has been defined by building platforms in complex, fragmented industries, developing the operational, commercial, and leadership capabilities that now underpin her work in healthcare.

Having founded and scaled businesses from the ground up, Kellie brings deep expertise in sustainable growth, organisational efficiency, and building the systems that allow professionals to do their best work. Her background in high-volume, relationship-driven industries gave her a firsthand understanding of what independent operators need to thrive and what gets in the way.

Kellie now channels that experience into healthcare. As Founding Director of Australian Medical Care (AMC), she is growing a national network of GP-led clinics through acquisition, bringing independent practices together under a shared model of holistic, multidisciplinary care where physical and mental health are treated as one.

AMC was founded on a simple but important observation: independent GP practices face growing administrative, compliance, and operational pressures that are increasingly difficult to manage alone. Kellie's mission is to change that, supporting experienced doctors to focus on what matters most: their patients. AMC exists to help GPs preserve the trusted relationships they've built over careers, and to ensure the communities they serve continue to receive the consistent, high-quality care they deserve.
